Customer Reviews
Love my new satsuki azalea
I received my satsuki azalea bonsai last week and it's beautiful! The blooms are so vibrant. It was carefully packaged and arrived in perfect shape. I'm so happy with this purchase and it looks amazing on my patio. I'm already planning my next order for some accessories. Definitely coming back!
Good juniper, slow shipping
I ordered a juniper bonsai from them last month. The tree arrived looking healthy, which was good. Packaging was secure, so it handled the journey well. However, it took about 8 days to reach me in Arizona, which felt a bit long for a live plant. The care guide was helpful, but I wish they had more detailed videos for beginners. Overall, a solid purchase but shipping could be faster.
Quick delivery, healthy plant
Got a money tree bonsai. Came fast, 4 days to California. Plant was healthy. Packaging was sturdy. Happy with it.
Great value on first order
This was my first time buying a bonsai online, and I was looking for a good deal. I signed up for their newsletter and got a discount on my chinese elm bonsai. It felt like a good chunk off the price. The tree came well-packed and looks just like the picture. Shipping was standard, nothing too fast or slow. For a beginner like me, the savings made it feel like a smart purchase.
Detailed review of fukien tea purchase
I decided to get a fukien tea bonsai as a gift. The ordering process on their website was straightforward; I added the tree and some pruning shears to my cart without any issues. They even let me include a gift message, which was a nice touch. Shipping took about 6 days to get to my friend's place in Ohio. The tree arrived in excellent condition, securely anchored in its pot, and the soil was still slightly damp. My friend mentioned the care instructions were clear. The shears seem decent quality for the price. I called customer service once with a question about tracking, and they were polite and helpful, providing the update I needed quickly. The pot it came in was basic, but I expected that. A good experience all around.

Thinking of getting a Juniper from here, anyone know how long shipping usually takes to like, Southern California?
Is Bonsai Boy legit? Saw some mixed reviews about online plant places and wanna make sure I'm not getting scammed for a gift.
